Agreed Brown, I did research on the 510's before I bought them and it said to go TTS so I got a 33 waist.
After the first cold wash/dry I could hardly button them, pre-wash fit was about an inch and a half larger which
was fine but once they were dry they were too small.
Aside from IH I've been buying other Japanese raw denims in a 34 and they've all been fine, I'm going to work
on the 510's though, see if I can get them to stretch in the waist. -

as for now, you just need to flex the waistband.if i may suggest__ wet the top block : pull to stretch the waistband : button up & stick a hanger or w/e against the waistband [w/c is about your waist size] : & let dry.
always stick the hanger before you soak & keep it till they fully dry.
do [this] routine to temper the waistband until the denim soften up from wear & stabilizes -
This is not a jeans - so you can not compare the cut…
For a first indication on sizing and prices go to Rakuten:
http://global.rakuten.com/en/store/2nd/item/sj-sj42cp/I'm sure there are other Rakuten shops that have them. It's only a question of time until people will show up with pictures and actual measurements.

damn, I missed a lot of conversation
@Mild7: no I don't own the chinos. They are scheduled for the end of September but you can pre-order them right now.
The official fit pics don't really convince me so far. The fabric looks interesting though -
Excellent idea Brown, the only problem area is the waistband so I'll do what you suggest. There's still a lot
of starch in the fabric too so once that's washed out I'm sure they'll be much softer and easier to stretch.
Thanks for the great tip! -
Thanks Alex, I'll find something to put in the waistband, wood, hanger…Going to soak the waistband tonight
so I'll let you all know what happens. -
Awesome pic Alex! I have the same jeans and the same bag in green!

Thanks for the great tip!'welcome, sir
imo, Texas cotton come loaded with so much starch cuz of the short fibers, too.

No problem Brown, it's happened on here before!
Joan is a friend of mine, we go way back to the 70's.
Still need to find something to stick in the waistband of my 510's, looked around the house and all I have is
plastic hangers…Will try to find a piece of wood or something stronger this weekend. -
some subtle 710-evo
