It is? I always thought it is the older tee which is of a lighter weight.

I think Ronald is right…..It is tubular in construction but not technically loop wheeled.....

It's NOT Loopwheeled. It's 7oz. The Loopwheeled are 7.5oz and feel way softer out of the bag, than the older ones. I think late 2011 was the beginning of IH Loopwheeled gear.
