    @LandoCal126:

    The New Top Banner on the IH Forum makes me happy!

    Any idea what it is?  Looks a bit like IHSH-20 to me.

          @lando- totally agree with you. The top banner is bad ass. Really awesome and gives off a vibe like "don't Fnck with me, I'm a harley driving, kung fu knowing, half-demon man, samurai monk FROM HELL!!! Hahaha, just a really bad ass banner.

          @Beat McBeats- that's adorable. Simply adorable.

                  TGIF but here's the bad news. I have to work this weekend, at least one day and maybe two. I have a huge presentation on March 17th – to an audience comprised of very knowledgeable and smart techies -- so I have to be on top of my shit. This weekend, I will be at work, preparing my talk. This upcoming talk has been STRESSING ME OUT ! The only way I'm gonna be sane again is if I fully prepare and get ready ahead of time, which I can do most effectively in solitude, when the office is totally vacant and quiet.

                      I agree too, it's addictive and it's fascinating getting little windows into everyone's lives - Shubs, so sorry you've got to work the weekend, hope it goes well;  Simon - hope you get 100% for today's maths test;  Beatle - keep posting the lovely photos.  G spends a lot of time on the forum, and I just didn't realise till recently what I was missing!

                            Shubs can you please stop talking about Cannabis like it is Heroin? I understand that maybe as someone who is still growing up, Simon is trying to figure out what is important as far as priorities and what not, but some people use Cannabis as a medication. To stereotype it and discuss it using ridiculous outdated terms like "Mary Jane" and associating it with "Negative Friends" is a bit out of reach. I mean, you do live in the Bay Area and the East Bay none the less…
                              While we are in Random Announcements, can I just ask that we collectively stop posting comments that say things like "Opps we better get back on topic" just to get another post? If you are not contributing something useful just save it. By taking up space you are causing others to waste their own time sifting through your attempts to be recognized. Just my opinion and not directed at anyone specifically.

                                Sorry LandoCal. I didn't mean to offend anyone. I agree that cannabis has good medicinal uses and I'm sympathetic to people who need it. I  definitely do think it should be legalized. Does that surprise you ? Simon seems to be coming from a different place though – but frankly, it's none of my business and I should shut about it. I live a hyper-clean life but I know that it ain't right to impose my views on others.

                                    Yes I am completely convinced and Shubs, it takes a lot more than a lit "Reefer" talk to offend me. I was just saying. And I used to watch Bill Mahr like crazy but have not caught him in the last year or so. Funny stuff but sometimes he is a bit out there even for me.

                                          I remember waking up at my grandma's house in Switzerland. She was living on a slope (it's Switzerland) across from Liechtenstein overlooking the Rhine valley. Huge windows, basically the front side of the house was glass, and then when you wake up in the morning and you pull the blinds up everything is white with a good foot of snow. Amazing. I miss that. And my grandmother. 😞
