WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY (PICS)
-
Seul, you gotta come out in October! I may just have to start a Seul travels to NYC fund.
-
I spent 67 € (mainly cause the 2 bottles of Bush Prestige were 13 €/ bottle, and the La Trappe Quadrupel kept in oak casks was 9)… My mate spent 153... He got a case of St. Feuillien Grand Cru... Again he stated his wife would murder him... Especially since he ordered well over 200 € worth of wine yesterday...

Seul's IH profile description should say "Pickled"

Hmmm, that makes me realize how low on stock I am. All I've got right now is this
-
Mmmm. Salt Lick BBQ sauce.
-
You bring some of your stock, and you can stay as long as you like.;)
And Urb, you can come, too. You and I'll make a BBQ run. Ever been to Luling City Market? Even better than Salt Lick, IMO.
-
Never been there. But I've yet to have bad BBQ in Texas.
-
In Texas, barbecue is a specific type of food- smoked beef brisket, ribs and sausage. Usually, when people say barbecue, they're referring to brisket, but it could be all three. BBQ joints, the good ones anyway, are found in small towns in the central Texas hill country. 100+ years ago, that's where the German, Czech and other central Europeans settled, and they adapted their cooking (and beer making) to local supplies.
So Seul, if you ever come to visit, don't ask someone to put falafel on the barbecue. At best, you'll get strange looks, and in no instance will you get what you actually want to eat.:D
Sorry if that came across as condescending, but you know I love ya, buddy.
