Oh and to make things crystalclear: I think mod'ing your jeans = fine. Do whatever the hell you want with 'm… I'm wearing my tapered 9634Zs as we speak and my XHS'es are under way to Gosport for a 0.5" hemjob...

That depends, if you want a certain hip-box AND a certain fit everywhere else, and that combo does not exist, modifications have to ensue
