look at the difference around the holes.  "none" seems to be showing some weathering while the treated leathers still look pretty smooth.

whoops looked again the "ober oil" looks to have some creases as well  :-\

I don't have a favorite just yet, but it seems the Mustang is the way to go if you want to preserve the natural color, and LP or OO if you want to go a bit darker and lastly, the Oil if you want to go darker still.

I've stopped oiling leather a long time ago, good leather doesn't need it (which the above pic seems to acknowledge to me) …

I don't know, the untreated one seems to be cracking a bit around the holes.  I'd agree that it shows good leather needs minimal care, though.

just curious, is the mustang paste any better than the LP since there is quite a big difference in their pricing..

p.s/ don't shoot me for asking.. i know there's pictures from this experiment which G painstakingly did over a period of time but im just curious…
