Was cleaning around inside today when I got sick and f'n tired of my one door knob/latch never working properly (after years of being broken). I painted a lot of the house with my family several years back and the old hardware was coated in it… which made the screws a pain in the ass to get out.
I wasn't exactly gentle in removing everything, but that will be remedied at a later date. I was just concerned with getting the new mortise case lock installed. I'll make it look better eventually

I needed to get out the city, girlfriend had her own plans, so I ended up at Box Hill in Surrey.
