Thanks Davito, I'd say that it's rapidly becoming my favourite shirt. Except I could say that about all of them…

It is getting the most wear at the moment.

First of all I did a quick hand washing with soap for delicates.
I noticed no big shrinkage, but the fabric appears greatly improved, thanks to an effect close to of the seams that makes the shirt more "alive".
This shirt works well with dark indigo jeans and a navy tee.

FYI, my last name is chainstitch embroidered on, using one of only a few, antique Singer models, still left in existence.
