Hi chaps, I have been a lurker for some time now, but decided to join, as there seem so many topics I certainly want to participate in lol!  😉

I am in Berkshire, UK.  Not a million miles away from a number of you I suspect.

I have had a pair of Ironhearts for years, but have not really worn them as the waist had always been a little tight  😞
But they seem to fit better now, so been wearing them all weekend.  I think that are an older model now, 634-SE, which have the ubiquitous tab, and older style pocket stitching lol.
I have a number of pairs of various denim, but nothings quite like these!!  😃

I suspect as how well they are made, a lot of you will still have the same older model as me, but well worn in by now.

There aren't an awful lot of the older models around.  The SE designated a longer length that I got Haraki to do for me in Europe.  When I started working with Haraki, the longest length available was 34 - just not long enough….

Ah yes, I remember you telling me that on the phone years ago.  😉

They are still unwashed, and are really tough and not really broken in yet.  Now they fit, I really do appreciate them.  Have been on non stop for this weekend…...well, didn't sleep in them haha!  😛

I have been trying to plant a seed in my girls head for about a year to make a move there.  She isn't having it so far.

Budapest is a great place but why the lack of a decent salad? The markets had good produce but the best I could get at a restaurant was some onion with pork scratchings.

I love pork but it is not a salad.

I was there in 2007 during the heat wave - fuck that was hot man.

I'll always remember the first meal I had in Budapest. It was two chicken fillets wrapped in bacon with a blanket of melted cheese and white sauce over the top. What an artery blocker!
