Quite indeed… You don't buy a 300 $ shirt to destroy it in 6 months...

DD slow down with the shirt, no flower blooms before it's time. . . but you did pay your hard earned money for it so what the hell do i know.

just something to think about, would you consider & cherish the first time getting a piece of tail as much if you bought it or would you value it more if you had to finesse it & earn it.  i really do look at it the same way.  nothing wrong with buying it to get the desired result, but it is nothing like finessing it.

but again, it is your shirt

**off topic the pants look great

You are 100% correct Monday,  The thing about reading through all the forums causes a newbie like me to get overly excited.  I mean u hear about all these great things people do in their denim.  As for the tail comment I would say what i'm doing would be comparable to a 13 yr old teen who stumbled on his 1st pair of bressesses…U want to smack em , pull em, motor boat & play tune in Tokyo all at once..Thats my feeling on denim.

Oh and the pants I love em too.  I actually bought them in green as well which have different pocket placements

all I hear/know about is that people are living their life "in their denim"…nothing more nothing less buddy!
just "live" and do your thing and I'm sure your raw denim stuff is going to be one of the greatest around one day!...good things need their time (as they say in germany!). so take it easy, wear and don't compare, as the famous Mme B once said!…

Chill DD. You're definitely not the tortoise here. Mine's progressing really slow.. Getting a wear every 1 to 2 weeks. Ain't blessed with cold weather here in Singapore.

Problem would be solved if i get a few more IH shirts.  I am trying to wear this with almost every outfit I wear.  I also need to understand I am not breaking in a pair of 666XHS but instead a 12oz denim shirt.  I'll chill on it as I lost my mind in excitement

No. Same goes for the jeans. Just because they are heavier does not mean you should purposely attempt to speed up the wear process. Seriously, just stop thinking about it.

How soon or how long do most of you wait to wash ur (denim) shirts.  I know jeans u want to wait a few months but with the denim of the 33 being a lot thinner I would think it should be washed a lot sooner to prevent damage plus shirts get a bit more smelly ??

But, being a shirt it doesn't get as much wear from most. Wash it when it becomes uncomfortably dirty and/ or smelly, don't wash for the sake of washing.
