They certainly feel lighter than these after a while :). But I think they breathe about the same. I'll hopefully find out in a couple of months, I'm yet to wear my 666-VMCs in temps above 18 degrees Celsius.

comparing to these, they are definitely lighter. tried my DC4002 today after giving my 666S daily love. geez big difference I have to say. still, 25oz are sexy!

Yeah - of course they're lighter than 25 oz. jeans… I mean: wearing two Boeing 747s for pants 'd be fecking lighter... Doesn't mean it makes for great summerwear...

true. but it just takes getting used to. I've tried wearing it in singapore's average 33 deg weather. initial was a torture but now it's manageable.
