Do these fit the same as the IHSH-22, looking at the measurements only the shoulders and p2p are slightly smaller, anyone have both?

A large 22 is a way bigger than the large 47. I tried a medium 22 at DC4 and it fits nearly like my large 47. So, if you between sizes, size up.
Me in large:
