I bought the iPad camera kit this week and no problems at all reading an SD card on the first generation iPad running the latest iOS. I can't believe I didn't get one of these earlier!

I have to say, I wind up taking more pictures with my 4S than anything else, and Photostream via iCloud is very handy

I take a photo with my iPhone, it's automatically on the iPad->edit/crop via iPhoto->upload to social media

No gizmos or doohickeys to muss with

I like the Cloud function - I've just started using it, but my folks got me a Canon IXUS 220 HS for my birthday, which is a nice size for taking with me on my weekly London trips or days out, in case I want a better quality snapshot of something. Plus, an excuse to buy more gadgets!

Oh yeah sorry. Forgot to take into account where you were located. That was off the top of my head. I will post more when I think of them/ have a second. But don't sleep on JuneCloud!!! Seriously, everyone on this forum should have it. Nothing like seeing "Delivered" on your phone and knowing that you have a Blue Package from IHUK at home waiting for you.

anybody ever had to get their iphone glass repaired/fixed?...mine is totally fecked (front and back) and it´s time to get a new one, since i don´t know how long it´s going to take till i can´t control that good damn thing anymore!...

Probably better to find a local place to do it. Should cost around $75 for the front if you don't let apple do it.

well it actually droped down about 100 times…#99 and #100 were the deathblow though!
still working and still can see everything, but looks like shit

used to carry the phone in an ogl leather case...lost it (couldn´t find it) a month ago...and now, after the glass is broke, i found it again!...too bad eh
