If I wear XL in IHSH07, can I wear this 08 in XL? They only have XL in Japan, no XXL

And I say no… 07 is cut roomier, 08 isn't. So it'll be tight...

I wear all shirts in xl….but sbg08 is a little little roomier in xl @ shoulder,sleeves as my other shirts(33,37,38,53).
And longer!
i shortened my 2" in length.

Weird, Alex. I had the 08 and the 08SS and the Medium size 08 was def tighter than 07 Medium. 08SS in size Large was too big, though… Maybe the 08SS and SBG are a bit roomier than the OG 08?..

All i can say is …. my other shirts 33,37,38,53(53 after hooot soak) are all tighter and shorter than a xl sbg 08!

Could go either way, really depends if you want a little tight or a little loose.  How's that for sitting on the fence?

Why were the SBGs made to the same sizing specs knowing the issues?.. Not trying to be a (smart)arse, just wondering… This is thé shirt for people in between sizes though

What issues?  It just fits differently because the denim behaves differently…..

The issue with people saying the shirt didn't fit, comes to mind… I mean, had you eg. made it larger 0.5" in chest and shoulders, everyone could've gone TTS sans problème, no?..

From my memory no-one said it did not fit bad enough to return it…..

You'd be crazy to return it!.. One simply couldn't!.. 

Just isn't for me I guess… M too tight, L too long and sleeves too long... Damn shame

not yet, i tried one on and xxxl works just fine. that thing is tough as nails!!

im not sure whether i'll get one soon or not, depends on what summer weight shirts i end up buying.

i'm regretting not getting the 46 as i feel that the length would have worked.
