Yeah, Ryo and Hiro adviced me also to get a 35" waist, I'm a real 33".  But I'd be really worried, and this is what made me hesitate to get the OOE (and the IH instead), that the inseam stretches back to its pre-wash size. So good luck!

I broke out my Ooe's today, I needed a rest from my 634SR, seen here on a walk today with my family (Mother in shot, Wife, Son and Father out of shot).

Ryo & Hiro really know what they're talking about, these have shrunk up to 35 X 30 just as I asked, the fit is spot on perfect.

I've always wanted a ww2 repro but I don't suit fuller cuts so these work perfect for me , I get all the ww2 details that I love in a cut that I'm comfortable with
