      @LandoCal126:

      Is there some sort of "Beer Shortage" in the EU or UK specifically?

      Yes - in Belgium some beers are hard to order… Last 4 orders of Tripel Karmeliet at work didn't show up... Same with Orval, but that's been going on for months...

        Well, for the sake of your fellow countrymen, I would suggest you stop consuming it all. 😉

                I'm Belgian mate - eating cheese, drinking beer and reading Louis-Paul Boon is what I should get paid for…  🙂

                  Well, I am going to do what we American's do best: Eat a burger, drank on some shitty mass produced beer, and get myself into some trouble. Leaving work early. Why, cuz why the hell not. I'm out!

                      Fekkin A Eli.  I cannot keep my fridge stacked like that, it disappears too quickly.  Can't wait to go home tonight and crack open this bugger:

                      Out with the new! In with the old!

                          Are the monks dipping into the supply before they bottle it?

                              As disturbing as that idea is, I can't say I'm surprised that you'd say so.

                                Not bad ::)

                                    BOON 'Oude Kriek' Mariage Parfait. This is quite something else… Tastes drier than the normal Boon Kriek, more sour as well, and you can taste the oak...  😃 At 8 % and 37.5 cl. this is as dangerous as giving Jestre an axe, extending  your leg and then insult his mother...

                                      Wish I was close to the source like you Seul, we pay through the nose for such Belgium niche beers in the UK.
