Well, you are definitely not an L and I'd suggest you may even be an S, not an M.  Check out the sizing on the page and compare carefully to the same measurements of an article of clothing you already own….

hurry get one! i swear when i tried it on, i was amazed by the feel of it. G was spot on with his information; its very breathable indeed. now im cursing myself for taking so long to get my hands on this beauty.
