IHSH-56 Westpoint Western Shirt

I'm not stellar at math, but I am pretty good at managing data (it's my day job). With the assumption/fact that you can't predict accurately what the final size will be, you should have a pretty good history of sales and "pre-orders" at this point to construct some trends. For instance, when the size is X and the chest width is Y1 and/or arm length is Y2 I sell Z units. Compare that factor across all the combinations and you might begin to see the ebb and flow.
You might also be able to get a sense of how your products are changing over time and use that as a predictor of what will show up at your doorstep next season. You're not going to account for what happened with the 56, but you might be able to tell that your XLs are trending smaller than they had in the past.
It actually seems like a pretty fun project…
Then again, if you can figure out why I'm a 31 in everything jeans (except the 666 OD), and apply that to shirts, you've got it made

Just got mine up from UPS… This might be one of the best shirts you guys have come up with! It's going to be hard to resist wanting to pick up all three.
-
i'm real curious about the material, i'm happy all the xl khaki's are gone. that was my favorite from the gate
-
It's thick and heavy like the chambray, but not as coarse and rigid. It is somewhat tough, but I think it will soften with washing.
-
thanks for the description of the fabric dave. much appreciated, & it actually eases my anxiety & lusting after this shirt.
-
My pleasure, I think
Come to think of it, it's more like poly cotton with out the poly and maybe a tad bit stiffer. Fit is similar to the chambray, though.

I had huge expectations when reading about this shirt, I mean, I look forward to every new IHSH. Today this one arrived in two colours, ivory and kaki.
How was it?
It was beyond belief. It was unreal. Perfect colours, perfect fit, perfect fabric.
I think the sizing will be no issue to most. I use L in most IHSH and have a few XL. I was immediately sure the L was the right size when trying. It's short, but in a good way, arms do not seem short at all. -
Bit shy about, but will try…

you decide mate…so don´t feel pushed or anything. if you do it´s cool, if not it´s cool as well

Thanks Rocket, I'm on it. A few things about the IHSH-56:
-the fabric is very stiff but smooth. It also stands up good against the wind.
-chainstitching is very thick on this one. You can tell it was typical IH and stubborn to work with.
-length was not an issue for me, it was spot on. Could be an issue if your tall (I'm 5'10" and got a xxl). -
would love to see more fit pics of this, particularly the ivory…

I washed mine and now it has some wild roping along the bottom.
