My pair (W32 L36) arrived today. Unfortunately I'm too tall/slim. Looks if I would have to grow into it. Have to send it back to Daniel (DC4).

I'm still waiting for my pair. have it altered to 32", same as my other 2 pairs. but they can't go with converse kicks as I'm dragging it now while walking as I type. so envious of how haraki can wear his 634S without having this dragging issue. or maybe he did but his jeans got used to it already. oh well I don't know. hahaha. still, I dare not try 31" for fear it might look funny. I'm standing at 173cm.

leave´em at 32, try´em on and rock´em with some sneakers (nike, new balance, …). sneakers are a bit more bulky as chucks or other stuff...for me that really does the trick with jeans with a bit wider hem!
and the other part of leaving´em at 32" is that you´re able to cuff IF they are too long for you...if 31" is too short, you got to deal with freezing ankles...not sure if you want to go that way though

New Balance is your best bet… Only pair of sneaks I can wear under my 801s...

And at 173 cm I'm guessing your length is 31.5", BUT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION that these 25 oz. jeans "shrink" as the combs settle… The thicker the fabric, the more length it eats up...

thanks a lot matey. agree with you. that's why I'm hesitant on hemming to 31 cos I'm worried it might turn out too short then I'll look like a clown.

Personally, I would have tried probably a size smaller.
