Throw the crutches off G and bury it head on. Honestly, the Allan Carr book did it for me, and I am far from a "Self Help" book kinda guy. It just helps you to mentally change subtle things about smoking, and your reasons for stopping, and how stopping actually effects you.

I'm a year and a half in on ecigs, other than the first week or so where I was a cranky asshole according to my wife, no issues. Havent had a smoke since 08/06/2010
It's a fantastic smoking cessation tool. My sister is a cardiologist, and her patients have a very high success rate (~100%)
The only reason I'm still on them after so long is because I know myself. I can quit smoking for years on end, and come back to it after a bad day and smoke for years again
I'm sticking with ecigs probably for the rest of my life

Giles is the master of understatement, his not having too many issues means he can't sleep, eats everything in sight, is more urked than ever at everything that happens. am i missing anything?
