I guess this is it.  For some reason, I feel that if you actually used them for hunting it would be a great boot.

Upon closer inspection, the dark green model in the background there looks great. I do like that they are moving away from the white christy outsole as this has become 'a little' played-out recently (still perfect on RW, mind).

I'm with Monday, I like that pull on/engineer.  Looks a lot like the Russell one that Lando posted to that thread a bit back.  Been meaning to look into it.

The brown pair of these look interesting, though I'm not sure about the edge trim.  Wonder what leather they are.

I bought a pair of these sometime last year, only mine appear to be a slightly darker brown.  They were my favourite boots until recently purchasing a pair of Alden x The Bureau kudu boots.  Still love them though.

I got this Yuketen brown belt the other day on sale for $30. It's pretty nice and matches my Alden Indys to a tee.
It has to be Horween Chromexcel leather because it looks and smells exactly the same.

Those are nice Monday, and I have been contemplating blue for new pairs of denim, as we all know it bleeds quite a bit onto the shoes.  Is his particular pair good for that in your opinion?

Thanks Finn… Hey I also have the Johnson boot BTW

I thought tan/grey/chocolate/snuff suede were the only type of shoes that would bring the best out of od & 'regular' indigo, either that or I'd have to resort to sneakers. Ultimately it came down to these Yuks or Alden chukkas but I felt Alden was too dressy for my habitat...ended up getting these since they looked rugged and were somewhat more exclusive ...  I know some people don't like the black sole, as opposed to red or white, but this is the only shoe I can think of that has the kind of versatility I was looking for: capable of being worn with almost any kind of denim, and also both brown and black leather.... Also sold by madmonday's comments about construction and all-year round wearability ... but if I said 'love at first sight' I'd be lying
