Does Samurai stretch alot? I see a tagged 38 is only 35.4 inches. What kind of sense does that make?

The guy who came up with the idea of fitting 5 buttons to the fly instead of 4 should be tied down naked, smeared with peanutbutter, and left in a room with 2 (or 3, depending on the cost) hungry lions.

I always prefer 5 buttons on jeans of my size and a rise I like. One top button and 4 inside buttons

I know that IH has 4 buttons and I don't like it that much. Every other brand I own has 5 and so did all vintage levis.

I don't see the real problem here. What's the annoying point you have? Too much buttons to do? I always leave the last button in the hole…never really open it. But I feel more complete with the classic design

How would you know the difference if you have never worn both?

The 4th button of the fly is hard to close, they seem to be much closer aligned, it's just a hassle…

well when it comes to my pairs, my IH and my samurai has both got 4 buttons…so i don´t really mind
