I absolutely agree about the TWHR01s qualifying.  They have the "heart of iron" beating in them, as it were.  No other denim maker compares.  There's just something missing from a day without some form of Haraki-san's denim in it for me.  That and wee dram of a good Kentucky bourbon or perhaps some Highland Park–"f__king majestic" as my neighbor James MacKay would say...

If we sell anything that you need a fit pic for, just let us know and we'll get one sorted - as long as you don't mind the model being a 6' 2" lanky Brit (me)…. or an even lankier Austrian (Shoque), if he's in town

Good.  All you need to do is ask me if it fits, and hey presto, it;s yours

Cosmo asked me to post these photos of him in his 634S.

When I originally got the enquiry from Cosmo asking whether it was possible to do 38x42, I thought that it was Kiya playing a practical joke. But no, take a look:

Foe some inexplicable reason, back at IHHQ, Cosmo is known as The Giant.

Wow!!! How tall are you, Cosmo? The jeans do fit well. That's gotta be really hard to fit fitting clothes, or even a car that's big enough. Surely, you are not driving a Ferrari. 🙂

Well, Till, you might imagine that I've heard that question a time or two. I typically tell people I'm 5'22".  That's 6'10" if you aren't into math.  Or 208 cm, or 2m 13cm, or about 2 inches taller that standard door height.  Thanks for the comments on the fit–I agree.  The fit was as described by Giles--you know I was interested in getting it right as my initial purchase was 10 pair.  I have to say that as the months have gone past, I've become especially fond of the size and placement of the rear pockets on all the different models of Haraki jeans.  Worth every penny, pfennig, or whatever you happen to have.
BTW, I've managed to slip a bit of height into the gene pool--my 14 year old daughter is now 5'10'--imagine that!

                                            Asp.

                                            Ni!
