My girlfriend & I read Alan Carr's easy way to stop smoking back in 2007. Worked for both of us & my sister too.
Best thing I ever did & I can honestly say that I am far less stressed than when I smoked.

You rock patch. I'm passionate about people quitting cancer sticks even though i don't smoke myself. I love to hear stories about perseverence and hard won victory over addiction - cuz i come from  parental nicotine addicts. My dad suffered a long, painful death from a disease completely caused by his smoking. My Mum was smart – she's 67 now but quit cold turkey 25 years ago...she has never gone back.

I've been quit for three years in January, but I still get the urge after having a few beers. Smoking is too expensive these days anyway.

It was smoking marijuana that got me hooked on this vile stuff, managed to stop smoking the green weed but the brown weed habit remains, much to my annoyance.
