Americana International Festival 2012

We are thinking of taking a booth at The Americana International Festival in Nottingham next July.
Anyone been before (Mega/Minitron)?

Never been, but have heard of it. It's meant to be quite a big event, and Newark is a nice place to visit anyway, so we'll be there to support you guys and available for any local information that we can help you with.

Only time I've been to Newark, New Jersey is to fly from the Airport, most unfriendly customs staff encountered thus far anywhere.

Never had to deal with the customs staff, but I actually quite enjoy flying through Newark. It is easily the best NYC area airport, and all my experiences there have been pretty good. The rest of the city doesn't engender the same warm feelings, however.

Hey speaking of festivals. Is there any in NY where i can find some denim heads to chat with. Kiya told me about a party in the SENY store in October I think. I would love to get into the culture a bit more

Yeah, my wife understands me and why I want to go, but when she tells her friends that we're going to NYC to hang out with people I know through the internet and talk about crazy expensive jeans; well, then I start to seem a touch disturbed.:)

Thats why U have to come up with a lie like its a topless denim party exclusive to only a select few..And when they say "OH wow O.K can I come?" I say No sorry its so hard to get invited to these things maybe next time
