IHSH-51 - Ultra Heavy Winter Flannel Westerns - 2011 Edition

yeah, i completely understand why the IHSH-51 and 52 have a different measurement compared to the IHSH-54 since its different design and cutting.

i was just wondering why the measurement for the IHSH-51 and IHSH-52 is different, especially since they are both 12 oz and of the same design.

i was hoping for the IHSH-51 and 52 to be the same measurement as the IHSH-32, since a XL in the IHSH-32 fitted really well.

ended up purchasing a XL in the 51 and a L in the 52. hopefully it fits!

the colors are awesome & my hardest part is deciding which one to get & what size.

i'm at an odd point where i know i am getting smaller, but i'm nervous about things not really clearing the old storage unit.

can't think too long on these  as they tend to go fairly steadily, & if you are a popular size

Each color way has their own character, I think. Finding which one you want to represent is what stumps people.

As for my size(XS-S), it's not too popular compared to the other sizes. Hope you make your mind up soon.

Just added more black to stock.  I cocked up and ordered 51's and 54's in black for a retailer when he only wanted 54's.

I just got the black one in xxxl. Everything fit correct except the arms, but that was expected. It is heavier than most of my sweatshirts.  I live in New England (US), so this will come in very handy. I'll be using it primarily as a jacket/overshirt with my Barbour Quilted Down Gilet. I'm
now officially addicted. I also got the IHSH 41 in xxxl and it is probably the best shirt I have ever owned. Haraki-San and Giles, I'm officially addicted. Flannels of this quality do not exist in the USA (except IH at Selfedge). Again, amazing work.

PS I'm trying to get my cash together for a couple Smoky Flannel work shirts, I'm obsessed!

MikeC, the IHSH-51 is perfect for New England weather, it is indeed heavy.  The Smoky Flannels are light mind you and they fit differently since they are work shirts.  Enjoy the ride.
