^I won't start another discussion on this topic. But - a friend of mine made me a notbook bag out of the 32oz denim, when they did a sample 2 years ago. It's hella cool, but totally unwearable. I imagine wearing a carpet would describe it best. (In fact, the denim was made on a carpet loom). And - my opinion on the 25 oz IH as well - what do you expect Super Extra Heavy Denim to do to you, that 21oz don't?

Well, my question was mainly related to the 22oz elephant 2 denim.. the 32oz is more of a novelty. I guess it would be ok for riding (a horse) trough thorny terrain for instance.

My size, as you know, is  L28/L29. In this case, I think 29 will be better. but I cant do easyly 28.  Even 30. 
I can dress everything from 28 to 30.

I have a pair of the SP-005, and I can tell you that they run small. I would definitely go with the 29 or 30.

He might be able to stretch it out after shrinkage, or stick with cold soaks and washes, if his true waist is 28. But those Crazy Jeans do run the smallest of any SDA that I have owned so far, and I've owned close to a dozen models by that brand.

I checked the measurement on Rakuten:
28
waist 76 cm  (BB Raw are 73,3)
thigh 26,5 (BB Raw are 27,3)
knee 25 (BB RAW are 21)
hem 19 (BB Raw are 19,7)
only the extent of the thigh is less than that of BB Raw, and I suspect it's because it was measured differently

2 days ago I was only dreaming for a good japanese Lee's repro, and now I will be the owner of 2 of the best repros (Samurai and Sugarcane) and of a strange hybrid between Levi's and Lee from SdA…
In a few weeks probably I'll SELL japanese Lee's repros!

you might look at the Warehouse x Lee 101b or 101z, those are real close to the originals
whereas the others are a bit more of an "interpretation" since those brands (at least Sam and SDA for sure) are not licensed to use the Lee name

Yes, you are right, but Warehouse's are too "modern" for my taste: they are not riveted at crotch, a thing that I love in Sam and SC.
SdA are not a repro, nor an interpretation: they are freaks of nature! I would like to know the crazy man who invented them.
