Not sure about the soles, but u get to choose from 3 vibram soles. 100F, 430 and 700.

Honestly, if you can get these boots for $520 you should, above virtually any other clothing purchase. This is an item that you could be wearing in 20 years, you can't say that about any denim, no matter how well made it is.
