_Oh Giles - I'm so sorry I haven't responded sooner, there seems so many things to do and so many people to talk to.

The funeral will be a very quiet affair. This was his wish. He always said to me that your life really only exists in the (hearts and) minds of others - and then death is only a change of state - so he never quite agreed with all the ceremony and fuss around funerals.

I have read the forum section where everyone has written about George. From the kindness and love shown I think I better understand why he said it was such a great place - please thank everyone for the beautiful messages.

I think something that sums up George was part of a discussion we had on why he wasn't frightened of dying - he said because no-one is frightened of dying, they are only frightened of going to hell. So obviously I asked him (he was always leading somewhere when you talked to him) if he believed he wasn't going to hell and he just said it wasn't that - he just wasn't all that bothered because he thought the devil had some good ideas but went about them in a stupid way, but then so did god!

Haraki and I have been working on this for a while now.

We're going to make these probably in two sizes.  Some of the detailing will change, we're looking for a plain snap (we dont have any Iron Heart versions in the appropriate size).

They will sell for USD35.  All proceeds will go to The Macmillan Cancer Relief charity.
