The raw and XHS denim are very different, but I think they're close to the same hue.  The XHS is darker and very smooth while the raw is somewhat lighter and slubby.  It's harder to tell because I've washed the raw denim a couple of times.

No idea about the OD BB since it uses a different base denim, but the OD 666 is much darker and bluer than the other two.  I think they would all compliment each other and not look overly similar.

stretches plenty….I would go for the smaller size if in between

Agreed.  I was between 31 and 32 and Beatle told me to go with 31.  At first I thought I had sized wrong but after a few weeks I found out to not doubt the master
31 is perfect now.

Waist stretched a ton. 37 presoak, 36.2 postsoak(warm water not hot). Stretched to 38 in the first day or so. Now at 39 and holding strong

My Buster RAWs arrived today, thanks Giles and Paula!

These mf's are stifffff….. Do they shrink to or from 18oz?

I did a conservative hot soak and skipped the washing machine. Instead I did wash and rinse them by hand. I didn't want to put them in the washing machine because I didn't know what will happen to the machine -let alone the pants! I have a feeling they will take a good long time to get dry.

18oz is pre-shrink, so about 19-19.5 post shrink…

they'll probably dry quicker than you expect and it's good to wear them when they're slightly damp to help set the creases

First Busters wash today after two months continuos wear. Due to being stuck in a hot factory through the hottest part of summer, they started to smell a little
