So Haraki sprang this info on me today.

    Corduroy Type III's
    http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=1752.msg97706#msg97706

And the IH-634S cut done in the same ultra heavy super dense double weave corduroy, probably all 3 colours

And a IH-701 style cargo pant done in the Green

    Not sure of timescales….....

    Your thoughts.......

personally…I don't like corduroy. Might be something that'll sell. Or then not. Some folks on the board will def.want these.

i love corduroys, theyre super soft & comfy and get fades just like denim over time.
personally, not a fan of cargo pockets or doubleknee, but it seems like the mantra of IH in Japan. thumbs up for straight cut

        i got 5 on it.

i love corduroy but real good quality ones are hard to come by, i am sure these would be up there with the best.

not so keen on the cargos myself. super dense soft fabric in a worker double knee design just dont make sense to me.

Sick stuff… Don't think I'll venture out beyond the corduroy shirt, but that gear looks top bollocks...

About USD400.  Spenny, but the double weave is super expensive to make…....

Eeek :o. Comfortably more expensive than the EG's then, would need to decide if i could afford/want to drop something else in order to pick these up instead :-\

Sorry, the cost of the cord is WAAAAY more than the 21oz selvage denim.  A pisser, but true…

Because a double wave fabric is more complicated to weave than a single weave.  And we make miles of 21oz denim,  we effectively have one loom running full time doing it, it is a known quantity, and we do it well and relatively easily.  The cord is a new fabric that has taken a lot of experimentation to create and we are doing it in small batches…
