…faster than your bullet.'bout to give the new Evidence album a spin the only way I know how. Ballin'…
Dude!
I had some pumps way back in '91.. I have a class picture of me wearing them somewhere around.. Might have to dig it up….
I also had a rockin mullet back then.

haha…I have a pretty nasty mullet going right now that I refuse to get cut.
By the way, has any one checked these out: http://havenshop.ca/products/dweller-gore-tex-trainer
Am I the only one that finds it ridiculous that, essentially, a basic chuck lined with Gore-Tex is going for $500?

I find Chucks ridiculously uncomfortable…...I was raised on a diet of Nike AM1's and Jordan III's though
Nike never made a better pair of Air Max than the 87's imo.

No
+1. Trainer companies in general are loving the fact that basic vulcanised shoes are hot right now as they can bang them out with no problem and at much less of a cost than the retro runners etc, and talking of those they are going to be more expensive come from next year.

A quick shot of my new Loake Badminton 2 Borgues. Lovely shoes, worn about five or six time so far. These will be my work shoes for London trips for a while:

I seriously have bought possibly 3 pairs of sneakers since I started college, so we can safely say that is approximately 3 pairs (running) in 8 years. I have only had new balance (2) and some brand now that I can't even remember (that is how much I use them).
When I was a kid, I was crazy into basketball, and I had pretty much all of the popular basketball shoes from 89-96. The ones I remember were the Jordan's from 1991. Can I still get these somewhere? They were badass, and I remember they were red, black, and grey. Also, I had the first pumps that came out however many years ago. I guess what I am asking is, do they do repros on these older kicks today, or would my only option be some rare deadstock?

when i get a moment i'll try to put up a little history on those Woven's (promise i'll insert before the year is out). i do agree they aren't for everyone, that makes them more appealing or maybe that should be appalling. how many big companies do a shoe like this with roots in Native American heritage & such? it may seem like many now, but when these debuted that number was like zip, zero.

Leedsi think they are well crafted, quality leather, goodyear welted, commando sole…just what i need!
maybe i´ll change the laces to something better looking...
-
they look to be a top quality shoe. i don't think i would wear them, just something about plain toe shoes. . . but they do look very versatile & the sole allows you to wear them when ever/were ever
-
well i was thinking bout resoling my red wings with a commando sole back then, but since i´ve found these today, i don´t have to resole the red wings
and besides that i think i have found a nice pair of shoes (besides the boots) which i can rock "when ever/where ever"…so yeah...pretty happyfitpics will show their true beauty (i hope)
