after a few hours where the thigh stretched out a bit

thigh is now 11.75 and waist is back to 32.

How long do you want? I thought at 37ish, I'd made them long enough…..

With that higher rise, I'd say 35.5 when fully shrinked!

Waist:  31 (I made a mistake earlier, they are not at 32.  I have it suppressed by a belt though :))
