RE: Why so many weights?posted in Bottoms
All feel different and have very different Characteristics. The 16oz slb is the most breathable. The 19 is a left hand twill and unsanforized. Its stiffer and more rigit with great fade pottential. The 14 oz is a nice all year weight. Then you have the 25oz heavy but softens up beautifully with wear and fades very nicely. You have the 18 with vintage fades, the 17oz with natural indigo. They all feel different, fade different so at the end of the day it is a matter of preference and variety.

RE: NEW CUT - Relaxed Straight Cut Jeansposted in Future and Planned Products
I think that both right hand and left hand twill get leg twist and from my understanding the twist follows the direction of the twill. I think it happens more on unsanforized fabric as it has not gone though the post skew process. The IH 19l jeans get left twist. Again I am not an expert just stating my understanding

RE: IH-526L - 19oz Left-Hand Twill Selvedge Denim Type III - Indigoposted in Jackets
@CosmoSix5 the 19l is a gnarly denim. Starts cardboard and stays cardboard for a while. If comfortable is what you are after the 21oz hands down. Now the 19l will reward you with beautiful high-contrast fades but you will have to work very hard for it.

@gneicher. Yes I believe that the 888XHSib is the only one that has tonal stiching in the 25oz family currently.

RE: IH-1955S-142 - 14oz Selvedge Denim "1955" Vintage Tapered Cut Jeans - Indigoposted in Bottoms
@MarkNo . The high rise is probably the only similarity. The biggest difference is from where the taper starts. The 888 starts tapering from upper to mid thigh all the way to the hem. The 1955 taper starts below the knee.

The 634 is a timeless cut. Never goes out of style so it makes sense ro be the number 1 seller.

@JohnM. Not quite as stretchy. The 16oz stubby stretches the most followed by the 21oz. You will get stretch out of the 14oz just not quite as much as the other 2.

@indigo_nico. From my experience with multiple IH-25XHS the only thing that doesn't come back to pre soak measurements is any shrinkage in the length the shrinkage innthe width always came back

Now I am definitely guessing but I think the 634 is the most popular cut. Again pure speculation. @Alex and @ Giles will know for sure.

I dont know how many wears you have on them @Yoprst but they will soften up for sure. Just keep wearing them and don't worry about it. It will happen gradually
