One more month to go until 1000 days. I think after that I have to give them some repairs…
…and then continue.
Little new cracks to fix for my tailor atm. Guess this is ok after 978 days. Can‘t wait to receive them back.
1000 days of wear completed. 12 machine washes. Slim and heavyweight combined is possible. But not always fun.
I find it still superhard to take accurate pictures of overdyed stuff. Today, during sunset however worked well.
Also my plan to wear it all winter is going great. I use it as a top layer above a woolen sweater and deck vest on milder days, with a down vest on top on colder ones and sometimes even instead of a shirt inside.
Hard to fade, but I feel, I have cracked the bonding of the black dye a bit by now.

Meanwhile I have 840 days down. While the front is holding up incredibly well, the backside is getting weaker in some areas.
Might have them repaired very soon to continue the wear journey.
Gave mine its first wash the other day after over 2 years of wear. Couldn‘t be happier about the result. From now on I am gonna wear and wash the hell out of it.
Ready to continue this journey…
Thanks @AdamJ @Fadez @V-P
@Jett129 42€-Cent to be specific. The excel-sheet, I use to keep track of days just gave me this number today. And yes, it does not get any nerdier.

@CosmoSix5 Best choice you could make! This jacket is perfectly weighted and becomes super soft within no time. Also the different shades of black and blue depending on the light are amazing. Well, the fading is tough as nails but if you commit to it it looks perfectly with a bit of wear!
Absolutely and the jacket is too damn good not to do so. Also I consider the high amount of black dye a good thing. It really adds a special flavour compared to „just“ indigo.
Thank you @Oaktavia - as mentioned before, the overdyed fabric is really light sensitive when it comes to photographing. It might appear a bit more blue than in reality in these shots as it was a bright day. So the difference to before wash is not that big. However as you can see, the character of the fabric is really coming through now.
