Kahlil Rintye at Tattoo City in North Beach.

It was started by my friend Horishow in Tokyo (when I made that 1st trip several years ago to get tattooed is when I got introduced to Japanese clothing companies and their philosophies), but Kahlil is finishing it for me…
The snake keeps going and covers the butt, although we still need to do the black shading around that

Yup.
(A lot of westerners see it as a devil face, but it is a very old mask from the Japanese Noh plays…and it's a female.)

You will be fine Max and as far as permanence goes you will get use to it and the tattoo will be like an old friend

When I got my first (and only) tattoo, I stared at it endlessly

It's been almost a year, I forget its there most of the time (and it's hard to miss, it's right on my chest)

I def do not regret getting my ink, and I'm getting my second one this summer
