lol
i deserved thatthe pain was actually bearable this time, but i think its more of a factor of just beating the midsole to conform to my flat ol feet. in the middle part of my foot, its raised and its just like daggers to my feet

I was mainly kidding @bubbapest , but after years on SuFu and other forums it's amazing the amount of dudes who don't buy the right size and still complain about the fit

oh gotcha

i removed the insole and it feels like 100% better-
Glad to hear that was helpful. After you get them a little more broken in, you should be able to add the insole back without any issues. Those boots are tough at first, but they'll soften up in no time.

Is it possible to get the JH Classic made on the MP Last and with a white christy crap sole?
Maybe @Giles can help me? -
Aesthetics aside I think that general opinion (i.e what I've read on the interwebz) is that the Armortred soles are much more hard wearing that the glorified sponge which is the Christy.
-
Black Christy is harder wearing than the white… True story.

Seems like some of the Japanese bikers like the boss boot with 4014 and Armortred soles - seen a lot of pics and in many of them the soles are really worn down (perhaps because they've been worn hard, or they drag their feet some while riding which i do as well). it is an "interesting" look. at first I really hated it and lately it is growing on me some.
this is the 4014.

Don't do anything to them. Just wear them…

these look great!
