Random Rants

Every fekking question I've answered at work today has been wrong. Probably wasted about a million hours of people's time and generally feel like an ass. Ugh.
-
Going crazy in search of a jacket that fits. Feck being tall and long armed I'm sick of it. Somebody pass me a chainsaw I've got to make a few adjustments.
-
Sick of exam revision, feel like my eyes are going to pop. Hoping that IH-UK receives a stock tomorrow and I'll get some new denim this week to cheer me up.
Bah humbug. Sunday night studying.

I have slowly become convinced that gluten is killing me, since going onto the Whole 30 diet I feel like a different guy, much stronger, more energy, more alert. Fuck gluten and fuck processed shit foods (apart from beer).
-
Nice to see you survived the detox period. You seemed edgy for a while.

Mega that's great man. I'm getting ready for primal eating by the end of the week…I'll keep ya posted.

Thanks guys, the difference is amazing as I really felt like utter shit most of the time before this. As some of you know I suffered with nerve issues on my left side (numbness and tingling), random headaches and stomach complaints, and even lost my vision once. Doctors considered whether I had MS, I had an MRI scan, blood work, and it all came back clear but the issues just rumbled on.
For the first week of the Whole 30 I felt worse than ever, absolutely awful, then I woke up one morning full of energy, and slowly since my senses and body have improved to the point where I feel almost perfectly fine. I have two weeks to go, and when it ends I do intend to celebrate with a few beers, but from then on I will be gluten free*.
- except in Japan, where I have no idea how to say "is that gluten free?".

Paleo lifestyle since 2011. Has made me (fairly healthly previously) better and my aging parents have experienced great benefit from it. Has helped a friend of mine with Crohn's out a lot too.
Food should only benefit you!

Rafa, if you ever experience issues with your stomach, digestion, or nerve problems, then giving this a go can only help.

Snow! In April?
Not cool.
