I'd love to make you an offer. I'd love to so much that I just went and measured all my best fitting jackets but I think this just might be too big for me. My IHJ-09 - Cotton Serge Windbreaker XL runs 24 in the chest with no liner and my Rogue Territory Lined Waxed Canvas Ridgeline Supply Jacket - Sz. XL, which I imagine would be closest in fits and density to your N-1, even with the liner, runs 23.5 in the chest. Both are already a tad large with room for layers. Bummer, but if you have a Lightweight N-1 in L, I'm your man.

@Pointman I would run this a bit oversized, just like Paul Newman did. Since the buttons are off centre you won't notice it as much and you get a lot more room for movement.
