Most cobblers should be able to do this. I do own an instep stretcher and a width stretcher so I do them at home now.

Unbelievable but after more than 2 month my boots arrived , but they don’t fit

unfortunately they are too tight at the instep area.If they fit everywhere besides the tightness in the instep. You could easily get that stretched. I picked up a second hand pair off ebay. They were sold as 11.5 and the box was marked 11.5 but they fit more like an 10.5 both in length and width. I did have Brian resole them and when I got them back I stretched them a bit width wise and they are much more comfortable now.

I've been diving in the Western Boot world lately. Here's my latest pair of Black Jack boots, the CT4401-66, an exclusive make-up for Hewlett and Dunn.

If you have trouble getting your foot into engineers look into using a ski boot jack (google it). It's opened up a lot of possibilities in boots where I couldn't get my foot into them otherwise and once in it fits ok.
I have a high instep and have found good success with Flat Head and Attractions. They fit the best but also can wear Viberg, Role Club and Lofgren Engineers. I can wear Mister Lous but my are probably the worst fitting that I've owned for my feet. -

That's actually a Atlanta Crackers Ebbets jersey. Here's a pic of the boots on my feet.

After selling my 3 pairs of Wesco Engineers (2 pairs too small and the other pair I rarely wear), my Role Clubs (too small and selling on Ebay now), an old pair of Natural CXL White's Nomads from the first batch of Nomads ever made, I picked up this pair of Devil's Causeway Horsehide Lofgren Engineers. I definitely need to use a ski boot shoehorn to get them on but the fit and quality are great. The texture on these is just insane.

@Tyler-Durden
I have a really hard time getting my foot into many engineers especially my right foot which is slightly larger than my left. The plastic bag trick does work but I've found using a ski boot shoe horn is a better solution long term solution and I can get the boots on in seconds instead of minutes. If you google "ski boot shoe horn" the red one is what I use. It has saved me so much trouble in getting engineers on and a boot jack is necessary for getting them off without struggling for minutes. In fact using the ski boot shoe horn has opened up a lot of engineers that I previously just couldn't get my feet into and I can buy boots that fit me better instead of sizing up and getting a sloppy fit everywhere else. -

Recieved my 269s this, but only got to wear them for a few hours. Some comparison photos between 269 and 444 and Mr Lou Black HH.

I have Black Horsehide Mister Lous in an 11 and Brown Horsehide Attractions 444 in an 11. The Attractions fits much better for me, more room in the arch, more room in the toebox. The horsehide on the 444 is milles better than the Wescos. I think the Wescos use a CXL horsehide. I also have a new pair of Attractions 269 in black steerhide and they are noticeably thinner leather than the 444 horsehide and the last is different, harder to get on, but feel like they have more room in the toebox than the 444s.

Missed the road champs back in the day but scored a used pair on Ebay.

Took the opportunity to take a family photo as well.

RE: White's Bootsposted in Footwear
The straps on the nomads are wider than most engineers, not sure if most would fit.
