@tody I used to be physically sick after using these for an all out effort. Today, a couple of decades later, I take it far easier. Great workout though.

I'm heading out to get the kids. Fate has decided my attention will be turned to the 21oz..

Another nice one..

Also a bit of a Ridge fan, although these need a little longer. Had to cut back, due to pickling my liver over the last 30 years! Still enjoy a glass now and then.
