I asked for photos with a measuring tape, and got photos from the IH site instead. At this point, I can pretty much conclude it's a waste of time to post anything in the WTB thread since all you get are these scammers, unfortunately.

Just got an identically scammy PM from johnsonbrake2. Whack whack whack.

The tactics these people use are the equivalent of pointing a loaded shotgun up into the air, blindly pulling the trigger, and waiting for dinner to fall on their plate. Totally lazy, and totally automated. Since it requires so little effort on their part, one hit a year is probably interesting enough for them to keep running the script. Unfortunately. The only effective way to deal with robots is with other robots…

Both sent via Tapatalk app. Maybe it would be a good idea to ban Tapatalk messages somehow from the forum personal messaging? The email addresses seem to be the same as previous scam messages in this thread. What about filtering for those? Easier than keeping track of the fake forum accounts?
