I don't know about the t-shirts, but the flannels on sale at Self Edge have definitely increased in size. Size 44 used to be 44" chest, now size 44 is 48" chest. Their flannels are good but its hard to top Iron Heart there. What The Flat Head did so well were the dobby stripe shirts and native check shirts. I hope that those return.

No, in the US. I got this shirt from Rivet & Hide because they were available in my size then. They aren't now though. Many people in the US will not have been to your website or Rivet & Hide and they could go just as quickly at Self Edge once they post them.

Every now and then you see something you really want. This fit the bill, so I didn't take any chances.

Recent history - I'm still mildly irritated I don't have the long-sleeve indigo Studio Artisan t-shirt. When i got the short sleeve a year ago, i was like "this is beautiful if a little heavy, but the long sleeve in this fabric would be perfect." Only Okayama Denim actually did put the long-sleeve one on sale at 4:00 am my time and my size was gone by the time I woke up.

Here’s a work shirt/western comparison. Western on top. Basically the two shades of indigo used are reversed in the pattern.

Thanks. I was able to get this shirt - the Western - from Rivet and Hide and it came in yesterday - beautiful. The work shirt is nice too, but for my tastes this was the must have. The white buttons add a nice touch too.

That email originally came in my junk email so I didn't see it until the afternoon. It did list the correct time, its just that when I saw the email, I didn't bother to to read the whole thing and went straight to the Iron heart website and at that point they were gone.

We release stuff that we think will sell fast at 16:00 GMT.  That is 11:00 on East coast USA and 08:00 on the West coast USA  (not sure where the 5:53 am came from - unless you are in Hawaii, I guess).

The work shirt is not in this exact fabric, it is the same weave, but lighter in hue.

We don't do pre-pay or pre-orders.  The simple fact is, until we get them here, measure them and publish those measurements, you don't actually know what tag size you will need….

As far as the original questionnaire for this shirt goes (not so much my board request for a work shirt), I guess I was thinking along the lines of the 21 oz contest jeans I ordered.

Ok so I filled out the questionnaire on this shirt when it was introduced. I'm ok that it sold out so quick….so long as I get a work shirt with this fabric when it comes out.  What do I have to do to ensure that occurring? Look I live in the US and I'm generally not up at 5:53am. Can I pre-pay for large work shirt of this?

The texture of the fabric and the shade of indigo make this shirt beautiful close up. Sunlight brings it out nicely too.

Late checking email and my size XL is gone in 24 hours. This is a sweet shirt.
