my shoulders are 17.5 and my chest is 40.5, so pretty close, the medium is a snug slim fit but i like it, its not as loose as some other mediums but for me it works great, i can wear a thin tee inside definitely not a heavy loopwheeled tee, like one of my FH tees, but a regular tee is fine. Its up to you I tried it on in both large and medium at SENY and both work, I just liked the fit of the medium more, honestly if youre worried about it go large, because that fit fine as well.

I have the red in medium and we have the same chest and shoulder measurements, and it is one of my favorite fitting ironheart shirts.

I would kill for this thing in black in size medium actually

Just got mine from japan, I was surprised how quickly it got here, 4 days total.

Only problem I totally clicked the wrong button and got a black instead of a red  :-[, all that trouble and I could of just picked it up from here.

I dont know about the fit on these.

The thigh measurement is pretty slim compared to the waist, a 30.5" waist with a 10.5" thigh? ouch

Mine just came today, and all I can say is wow, it's like wearing armor but comfortable.

Also special thanks to Paula for measuring the shoulders of every medium and sending me the best fit.

edit: if I am a medium in the 22OD and the medium 47 is a bit tight would a medium in this work?

I kept waffling on the sizing and color, until my mind was made up for me, but I'm glad I stuck with the medium and red.
