hey guys, im considering a pair of beatle busters. anyone know what a 29 in skulls 5010xx might translate to? thanks
I'm a true 29 and I got the Busters in 29, but they had to stretch before they finally fit me. The guys at Self Edge recommended sizing one up in these, but I personally like a more fitted look and I'm more than happy with how they turned out.
Not quite sure how the skulls fit, but unless you're a true 29 and don't mind a little pain for some gain, you might need to grab a 30 or 31. Your best bet is to measure the skulls you own and compare them to IH online store sizes.
And about the temperature, here in Italy we have a living hell, with 33 and more degrees.
But 666sod are 18oz: good for summertime, from the IH point of view…
You're right, 18oz is significantly lighter than 21oz, especially in the summer heat. Although, Italy cannot nearly be as wretchedly hot and muggy as it is here in the deep south. So far our temperatures have gone up to around 40C…and it's barely June!
Heat or no Heat, I feel like I have no other option than to wear my Iron Heart's...I refuse to wear shorts (haven't since I was 5 years old), I'm a student and therefore I don't have to wear slacks (so I won't), and anything lighter just doesn't feel right anymore. So...Iron Heart it is.
I wear a size 30 in these jeans.
Just for reference, I'm usually a 29. I wear the Beatle Buster Indigo's in a size 29 and it's a perfect fit, but I definitely had to size up one for the overdye's.
50 wears in and I'm really digging the fade so far! It's hot as all HELL in Atlanta right now but that's not stopping me from kicking around in these jeans.

Yeah i had a panic attack when i tried them on, but after 48hrs of solid wear they fit awesome. To be honest my first pair of Iron Hearts had been used and felt so soft, so when I got your 666's I was freak'n out cause the're so starchy / raw.( *yo points on selling a solid pair of stiff a@# jeans :), really thanks. ) But now there starting to break in, ill post fit picks in a month. (w/ a better camera)

Yeah I used the $ from the pair I sold you to get a pair of BBuster Indigo. When I first tried them on I could BARELY get the second button from the top to button. I had a slight freakout moment when I thought that I'd never get the top one to button. However, they stretched out like a beauty after only one wear and now all buttons are buttoning with ease.
