Yeah it’s crazy man, but the housing market is even worse. Very limited inventory, and aggressive buyers going in all cash and way above asking price. Average price single family house is 2million now, offers first weekend sold quick. Condos over a million, and depending on part of town gone in 2 weekend’s. These arent big houses and Condos either. Things settled down rental market wise during covid cuz a lot of tech workers left SF, worked remotely, more affordable city’s or bought house somewhere. Now the AI boom workers back in office with really high salaries so cycle back high again. I just recently started out in real estate this year, and seems like every other week prices going up. I love this city and its home. But long time ago came to realize I’ll probably never be able to afford a house here or close by areas in the bay.

Side story when first moved here in 2008, my 2 bedroom apt was $1950 a month, with my ex. I thought that was high at that time lol.

Showing/Leasing very overpriced apartments in beautiful San Francisco. The Rental market is insane again . I’ve lived here 18yrs and this is really the worst it’s been. Read average median one bedroom is $4,400 a month, 2BR is well over 6k. Very glad got my apt over 3.5yrs ago tail end of Covid pricing

Worn pretty much everyday, fits all my dog walking stuff, EDC items, plus a lot of keys for Property management life.
Been to PV Mexico, and coming to the east coast soon. Surprise trip, for my mom/gram back in Maine this November.

Great year fading with everyone. Going get these repaired and will be back in rotation.
Some highlights but not all. Wore few days in puerto Vallarta Mexico, got trapped in rain storm flood street river, up to my ankles in water kinda fun lol. Bike rides, dog walks. Some skating, Lots of date nights, SF NorCal adventures, studied my ass off and passed my CA real estate exam in these. Went to a lot of concerts/shows in these. Have list of bands on my IG page

Oh this went under my radar, thanks for bumping the thread. Def going keep look out for this, love my CPOs and a super black/no fades could be perfect addition to my CPO fam. This is set for 2027?

Damn these are amazing looking homes, great job man. Are you a sub developer? I def can relate on how hard it is to get projects going permits, inspections, finding the right contractors etc. I’m a property manager in San Franciso. Currently almost at the end of a 350k remodel on one building. Part of a mixed commercial/ residential/parking lot real estate portfolio. We Started back in January, hopefully be done in 6-8 weeks. The city does not make it easy to get any work done,

They were great man! They always kill it, hadn’t seen them in 6-7yrs. Forgot play so loud, really glad always have my ear plugs at shows. Don’t always use them but def needed them for the Melvin’s lol
