@Heritage_Guy Thanks for sharing your experience! I can well imagine it was a time-consuming job, especially since I had to take care of my Pale Rider shirt this year. A few shades darker is definitely a statement, but I suppose you have to make some compromises if you don't want to ruin the leather's fiber structure in the long run.

RE: OGL-HHAM-BANGLE-SIL - OGL - Hand Hammered Bracelet - Sterling Silverposted in Obbi Good Label
The eagle landed yesterday! I'm not really a jewelry person, and almost everything I've owned so far has been a gift, but I'm completely blown away by this amazing piece! Thanks @JoshC ! It fits perfectly, slides slightly over the wrist, but not too far up the forearm, and is very comfortable to wear. Given the surface structure of the bracelet, I'm more than excited to see how it develops over the coming months and years!

Thank you @JoshC Yes, I ordered earlier today without registering a new account and am happy that this beautiful bracelet is being shipped today! Thanks for the recovery email, it worked great

@JoshC Thank you for the detailed reply, really very helpful! It's a beautiful piece, and Size S, based on how it looks on @Shaun 's wrist and how it's described, seems to be made for me too. I'll be ordering soon, as soon as I've created a new customer account (I lost all my login details from the old one, and the recovery wasn't successful

I paid £90 for my pair, half price in a sale. I wouldn't have paid full price for them
I feel the same... Half price is a no-brainer (for me), then the price-performance ratio is right.

Anyone here who has ever bought one of these pieces, or something similar? I'm pretty intrigued, but I can't find any pictures online of what this bracelet looks like on a wrist, and I've never had one or something similar by myself.
Is it easy to get used to the large amount of space between the jewelry and the wrist (after all, the bracelet has to be guided over the hand when putting it on and taking it off), or does it need to be adjusted to the body by a local specialist if you don't want it to slide too far towards the elbow or over the palm of the hand?General experiences and sizing advice for this piece are welcome, for a wrist of approximately 16.5 cm (6.5 inches).

I like the idea of RW because they are less fancy but imo in a good way. More "plain" while still looking great.
Well said!

RE: Show us your bootsposted in Footwear
@Oaktavia You are welcome! They're definitely a good choice for that. You do have to compromise on quality, but in return you get a Chelsea boot that couldn't be any lighter. The weight was definitely an additional reason for me to buy my first pair. Another reason was that I wanted to treat my feet on days when I wasn't breaking in new, heavy boots we like because of their quality and craftsmanship . Here in Germany, I only buy new or like-new Blundstones from private sellers on classified ads for around €100. Only my first pair I bought in a store, as I went there to find the right size for me. Paid the retail price (€190/€200) only once.

RE: Show us your bootsposted in Footwear
@Oaktavia I currently have four pairs in my rotation (Classics and Originals). Initially, I only wanted one pair for rainy or very hot summer days when heavy boots are too warm for me. Great boots for long days on my feet, for walking a lot of miles, etc., but certainly not for heavy work (except perhaps the models specifically designed for that purpose). I can only agree with the previous posters. I would also like to add that rest days are very important for durability (as has already been mentioned, they are made using "modern craftsmanship") and that they will definitely stretch. An additional insole will therefore be necessary at some point, and is also offered by Blundstone (or is already included with the boots).
I wear a US 10 EE in Red Wings, and a US size 9 in Blundstone. -

@motojobobo Thanks, I appreciate it. Yes, the last picture is a selfie, as are pretty much all the others I've shown here so far
Currently testing the camera quality; two weeks ago, I got a new phone with a better camera. It's also entry-level, but 5 years later in terms of the history of technological advancement

@NickD Thanks Nick, I agree with you. I'm usually relaxed about this too. However, I'm not the original owner of the jacket, so I don't know how old it is or what it's been through. The surface of the leather seems pretty rough and dry to me since I got it, but I haven't had a new one made of this leather in my hands yet, so it's hard to say whether it might already be too dry.

RE: Show us your bootsposted in Footwear
@Walery-Smirnoff Then you should be fine with the Logger. I have 2 pairs in use, but both model 899 with Poron insoles to withstand the cold.
-
RE: Show us your bootsposted in Footwear
@Walery-Smirnoff I'd argue that the Iron Ranger isn't really made for temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, at least not if you have to stop somewhere outside, wait, etc. The Logger would definitely be a better choice.
Otherwise: As @Dmart says. -

RE: Mister Freedomposted in Other Brands and Shops
As fall approaches, I'm enjoying my Campus Jacket to the fullest. These photos were taken recently on a dull, drizzly day. I have a feeling I'll need to condition the leather for the first time soon. Does anyone have any practical experience with leather care for this model? If possible, I'd like to preserve the color as much as possible, and the manufacturer recommends avoiding shoe care products (otherwise, I would have simply used Red Wing Leather Cream).
