The measurements are raw.  Waist will shrink 1" and stretch back out again.  In seam will shrink about 1.5 inches, all other measurements by about 3%.  I would go with 34.

Never had IH before but wanna treat myself for Christmas so much!
I could not find the info I was interested in by reading  through the buster forum. (sorry guys I am bad reader  :()
Also its not clear if the table provided on a web site  for this model contains measurements before or after shrinkage..
Would you be able to advice what size to choose based on my measurements please:
Waist 34
front rise 11-12
back rise 15-16
knee 9
leg opening 8.5
Can I go for 34 size on the table?
does the table display measurements before or after the soak?
