      @Erikdayo explanation here: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum//post/839560

      Much appreciated. Makes sense. Saves me some money for now unless I finally decide to try a western. Amazing looking fabric.

      This is my favorite UHF fabric in a few years. No work shirt version coming? No worries if not. I don't see it in the upcoming products so I figured Iron Heart might be cutting back on doing work shirt versions of every nearly UHF?

      Picked up a Kersey work shirt in small. Very happy with it. Love the fabric.

      Forearms are notably more snug compared to other Iron Heart work shirts I own or have owned. Not a complaint but could be worth noting for anyone else considering one. At least in small. Perhaps it'll break in with a few wears. The fabric is quite heavy.

      Have the measurements been updated yet? Just checking because I feel like they look the same as before.

      I think the fit would be even better with a hot wash, but it looks great as is. Could not imagine sizing up. I know some people tend to wear things a few sizes larger than what would be a 'regular' fit because it may or may not be trendy to wear very oversized street fashion recently.

      Here’s the preshrink vs post shrink fit. You can see how much shorter it is. The different jackets over the shirt may be a bit deceptive as the IH corduroy jacket is notably more cropped.

      And here’s one more with an outfit.

      I imagine this one isn’t a big seller, but it’s a lovely shirt.

      Got the shirt in. My phone cannot capture how nice the fabric looks up close, but I promise it looks great. The included picture is right after the shirt arrived. I will take more soon.

      This shirt actually did shrink in a hot wash. about 1/2" to 3/4" in length and feels a little more snug all around. I was a bit surprised since the description said to expect no shrinkage due to the overdye process but also glad because I wanted it to be shorter.  😉

      Thank you for the input. Likely to pick it up soon. Should be a lovely addition.

      @Giles:

      Trust the measurements

      That's what I aim to do. Just curious about the front length rather than the center back length.

      Do these run a bit longer than average on both front and back measurements or mostly the back? I am interested in buying one but would prefer it not to be overly long in front. The listed back length seems about 3/4" longer than my 275-BLK and 269-PPL.

      I would contact customer service about measurements, but unfortunately IHUK doesn't have small left in stock.

      @Erikdayo:

      @Giles:

      It's about 12/19 as stiff  🙂

      Haha. Fair enough. I went ahead and ordered the shirt since they still had my size over at self edge. Cheers.

      The 12oz  shirting denim is exactly that too, shirting denim. So it is more supple than a denim used on an IH jacket would generally be.

      And so it is. The shirt arrived today and is as lovely as expected from Iron Heart.

      My concern was due to some comments about stiffness in some of the 12oz black denim western/work shirt threads on this forum. While it may not feel as soft on the skin as a nice brushed flannel I do not expect any issues.

      Perhaps I will post a few pictures when I get a chance to wear it tomorrow.

      How stiff is the denim fabric on this shirt? I am assuming it is nowhere near as stiff as the 19oz LHT jacket that I used to have.

    • RE: IHSW-10-MUS - 14oz Ultra Heavyweight Loopwheel Cotton Zippered Hoodie

      Color looks great. My initial concern was about the very orange mockup. This may be a little on the saffron side, but I will almost definitely end up getting one.

      With these hoodies should I not be concerned about the opening/hem measurement? They seem a bit narrow, for me, but I imagine it stretches a few inches?

      Is it as orange in person as it looks in these pictures? Usually I expect mustard to be a little more golden brown/yellow-ish. Either way it looks fantastic.

    • RE: IHJ-69 - Corduroy Modified Type III Jacket - Black and Khaki

      Received this lovely jacket from Division Road this morning. Quite happy with the fit. I could probably go down to a small if not layering, but I am quite happy with this medium. Allows me to put a hoody or collared shirt under it quite easily.

    • RE: IHSN-01 - Low Top Sneakers in 21oz Selvedge Indigo, 21oz Superblack, 21oz White

      Just got my pair of sneakers in.

      A bit beefier than the Shoes Like Pottery 01JP I have on now. Definitely expecting these to last quite a long time for this sort of shoe. I have not tried them on yet, but they appear to be similar dimensions to my 01JP in the same size. Should be a good fit. Looking forward to seeing the evolution.

      526L on the job. 2 1/2 weeks and as stiff as ever.

      @kiecker:

      Didn't this use to be called IH-526L-V2?  Did the V2 drop with the latest run?

      What about, https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=5004.0

      Curious minds…..

      Perhaps they dropped the V2 because it's been 3-4 years? But I don't know for sure.

    • RE: IHV-02-IND - 12oz Wabash/Duck Work Vest - Indigo/Navy

      @neph93:

      No probs. I have a bit of experience with vests and having a clear idea of the fit you want, and the way you want to wear them is very important. Knowing what length you are after is vital too, above the belt, in it or below it.

      Likely over a tee sometimes and over a tee + workshirt other times. More than likely a small makes more sense for versatility but will result in a more relaxed fit with only a tee underneath. I'll have to bring out the tape measure when I get home from work and sort of estimate how the length will be. Can't compare to having the actual vest on hand, unfortunately.
