I'm still going to get it. I have only 3 pairs of Iron Heart and Vietnam is wearing them out quick.

That's a really good point. I spend most of my time inside that has air condition. How much hotter is it compare to the 21oz?

Thanks giles. I have been waiting forever for dc4002. I recently landed in vietnam and will order a pair when these come out. Its hot and humid here.

You are right. The DC4001 fits me perfectly but the look and feel is not as awesome as IH-666.

The wash is incredible but the cut doesn't fit me. 

I guess the demand for DC4001 was low. 50 pieces is just to test out the water?

I wear DC4001 in 100F weather and 80% humidity, and I find them more comfortable then my regular diesel jeans. This is freaking awesome.

Hmm the low rise is one of the things i really like about the DC4. Not sure i'm really liking the sound of the next version. 25oz and higher rise? … give me a raw/sb/sbg/etc option instead please!

I love DC4001. I own 2 pairs.

I would rather buy the 18oz than the 25 oz.

Cheers for input guys - have thought about 25oz, but I like to get decent whiskers etc, and wonder how possible that'd be in anything more than the 21oz I'm wearing now, which are beginning to crease and fold beautifully…

Fortunately, I'm used to running one pair at a time into the ground, so maybe just stick with what I've got for a while (which I'm thrilled with).

It's that old 'want' versus 'need' conundrum - if I'm brutal with myself, then I don't need another pair, I just want some  ::)  and love that 18oz raw...
